Why Infiniti Drivers Choose Brown Motor Works Northeast

At Brown Motor Works Northeast, we don’t just talk about quality—we back it up. Every Infiniti we service gets a Digital Vehicle Inspection, passes through a 3-step quality control process, and is protected by our 3-year, unlimited-mile warranty. That’s peace of mind most shops can’t offer. Here’s what a customer said about their experience with Brown Motor Works Northeast:

“The team did a diagnostic on the car to see what problems that I might’ve had and looked at the known concerns I told them about. Everyone was very friendly throughout my visit. They kept me updated on what was happening during the day. I truly appreciate the list of what was getting done and I could choose which concerns needed to be addressed now after talking with a person. Once I got the car back, I could tell a difference compared to what it was running before the concerns. I highly recommend Brown Motor Works Northeast for someone that has a foreign vehicle. Very polite, keeps you updated and takes pride in the service that they provide.” — Jason S.
