Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Their service was excellent! When my Acura died on I 20 and the local Acura dealership in Columbia refused to take it, they recommended Brown Motor Works. Brown Motor Works said to bring it on and AAA towed my car to them. They gave a very detailed analysis of what had happened to my car, including pictures, which necessitated the replacement of the valve cover gaskets and the alternator. They even gave us a ride to the car rental company so we could continue our trip. Car broke down on Monday and we were back through Columbia on Friday and it was ready at noon that day. Kudos to Brown Motor Works! They were incredibly professional and got us out of a tight jam.

Great service, explained and showed the problem. Easy scheduling to fit our needs and a fair price. Not easy finding a shop that can work on Range Rovers and have the software to do so.
