Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. BMW in the Northeast provided all around top tier service. The staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly. The whole experience was both easy and pleasant from scheduling the appointment, thorough communication, efficient mechanical service, and amazing customer service! I even made a new friend in Jeff! I recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes S class 4Matic and wanted it checked out. They did a very thorough inspection. As it turns out, I did need an immediate brake replacement. Now my baby stops like a Mercedes should. A little pricey, but worth it to have my Benz competently serviced.

Went in for a coolant leak, had both a cracked radiator and hole in the hose. Went in on Monday morning had my car all fixed up and ready to go the next day. The mechanic who was working on my car was excellent with communication; everything he found was sent to me promptly with an estimate. Good work for good price too. Would recommend!
