Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I came in for an oil change. It took a little while, but really, it’s because I came in during a pretty busy time, and didn’t have a ride home, so I waited. Wasn’t much more than a couple hours. The shop clearly did the work, and my engine was full of oil. Believe it or not, BMW of Columbia didn’t do even that.🙃

My Audi loves them. Brown Motor Works is the best; their customer service is top notch. Trent was my service advisor and he was fantastic. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle and they really pushed to get it done by the time I needed. I have nothing but praise.

My experience at Brown Motors was pleasant, and friendly as a matter of fact Brown Motors treated us like family. Brown Motors took great care of our baby aka car. She drives like when we first drove her off the lot thanks Brown Motors. I highly recommend Brown Motors to all my family and friends.
