Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I needed an oil change for my 2008 BMW and, as luck would have it, it turned out I had a major oil leak. About two weeks or so later I needed a new starter. Tony and the guys at BMW took care of everything in an extremely timely manner. Great customer service. I felt like I was a long time customer, although this was my first time there. Thanks guys! You have a satisfied customer for a long time to come. Update: December 2018 Brown Motor Works have been servicing my car for over fours years now and I couldn’t be happier with them. They do top notch work & stand by their warranty! I certainly plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future. Thanks BMW and a happy and prosperous 2019! Update: March 2019 Another great experience with Keith and the team at BMWNE. Great customer care as usual. I think one of the worst indicators that could pop up on your dash is the “check engine” indicator. BMWNE got me right in and took care of the problem. And Travis is back! Stay put Travis 😃 Have a blessed day BMWNE! Update: March 2021 Thank you BMWNE for another awesome service experience. I needed my car checked for before a 13hr road trip, and you saw an oil leak that I didn’t even realize was happening...the evidence was on my garage floor but I didn’t notice it! I was able to get my car repaired, and the use of a beautiful, clean, free loaner car with no hassle. I hope not to see you anytime soon, except for an oil change...but if I must I know it will be a good experience. June 2021 Another great experience with BMWNE! Had a routine oil change at 149,000 miles and just as I’m about to drive home the check engine light came on. Turns out the ignition coils were bad. They apparently had not been replaced before. They were able to get me back on their schedule and provided a free loaner. Thank you BMWNE!!

Very good experience with your shop. I’m not in love with $205 an hour/labor, but it is what it is. Your staff and techs are very efficient and the business seems to be run very well. Thanks for the knowledgeable, expedited service!

Had a most unique experience with a VW and I canmt say enough good things about Brown Motor Works. They worked with me for weeks on end and were extemly knowledgeable and professional. Although i did not have the work completed there I would have been 100% comfortable letting that team make some major repairs in my vehicle. A+ operation dedictaed fo customer service which is rare these days.

I had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced on my 2013 BMW 335 XI at another repair facility because I was experiencing brake shudder in my steering wheel and a pulsing in my brake pedal. After having those services performed, I was still experiencing the problem. I brought my vehicle to Brown Motor Works on Clemson Road and the technician diagnosed the problem as being defective control arms. The control arms were replaced in a timely manner and at this time it feels as though the problem has finally been corrected.

I used the early drop off box, left my keys and they called me around 2pm to let me know everything was completed! I got a nice complimentary car wash and text message to show my truck and what services were performed. When I picked up my truck the guy in the office was super friendly and even gave me a cozy! I will be bringing my Range Rover back for all services!
