Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Brown Motor Works serviced my BMW 128i with an oil change as well as replacing the Oil Filter Housing gasket. I received LITERALLY the most extensive Inspection Report I've ever seen from a repair, shop including major dealerships. The report included detailed photos of the areas needing work/repair, including estimated costs. The recommended work was even listed by priority. To top it all off, a free carwash and a key dropbox with a code allowing me to pick my car up after hours. Tremendously satisfied customer here, and I will definitely be making them the exclusive repair shop for my BMW.

Very professional staff (kale and Jim. ) They provided vehicle service I need. I used the company rental to accomplish my agenda during the day. The vehicle maintenance was completed with a wash upon pick up.

These guys did a great job diagnosing a long-standing problem with the electrical system in my 2009 Land Rover. They came highly recommended by the dealer and now I know why. Kyle, Mike and the rest of the team are all very professional and courteous - and really know what they’re doing.
