Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. They had to repair front wheel bearing. Did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Thoroughly checked vehicle from bumper to bumper.

I needed an oil change for my 2008 BMW and, as luck would have it, it turned out I had a major oil leak. About two weeks or so later I needed a new starter. Tony and the guys at BMW took care of everything in an extremely timely manner. Great customer service. I felt like I was a long time customer, although this was my first time there. Thanks guys! You have a satisfied customer for a long time to come. Update: December 2018 Brown Motor Works have been servicing my car for over fours years now and I couldn’t be happier with them. They do top notch work & stand by their warranty! I certainly plan on being a customer for the foreseeable future. Thanks BMW and a happy and prosperous 2019! Update: March 2019 Another great experience with Keith and the team at BMWNE. Great customer care as usual. I think one of the worst indicators that could pop up on your dash is the “check engine” indicator. BMWNE got me right in and took care of the problem. And Travis is back! Stay put Travis 😃 Have a blessed day BMWNE! Update: March 2021 Thank you BMWNE for another awesome service experience. I needed my car checked for before a 13hr road trip, and you saw an oil leak that I didn’t even realize was happening...the evidence was on my garage floor but I didn’t notice it! I was able to get my car repaired, and the use of a beautiful, clean, free loaner car with no hassle. I hope not to see you anytime soon, except for an oil change...but if I must I know it will be a good experience.

The service is excellent. My vehicle is running like it's new. But it's a little pricey. Here, you get what you pay for and that's excellent service. Plus the warranty on their work is great and some instances better then the dealership.

I would highly recommend BMW for service for Mercedes vehicles. They can provide a loaner car if needed and staff is very knowledgeable and personable. I will continue to have my Mercedes serviced here.

Great service each and every time. Got my car washed and cleaned out after getting serviced, which was a surprise to me. I like that they are willing to text me throughout the day to let me know the status of my car. You can leave your car at their shop with confidence that you’ll get it back better than when you dropped it off. I’m impressed with this shop!
