Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I really enjoy driving my '98 BMW 740iL, but anyone who drives a BMW this old knows that repairs can be expensive. Before I found BMW in Northeast Columbia, I was subjected to repairs that were inexpensive and short on quality. When time came to have maintenance and repair done to my 740iL, I could not have been happier to have found the gang at BMW NE. They throughly advised me what the problems were and backed it up with photographic evidence. They explained what needed to be done now and what could wait. They used first quality parts and service fluids, and the mechanics take great pride in their work. The free loaner is just icing on the cake. My car drives great again. Once again the old adage becomes true: You get what you pay for. And BMW NE gives you a lot! For instance: A while back, there was a problem with an fluid leak that took three or four trips to finally resolve. There was never any surprise charges. A loader was always made available to me. And Keith, the manager, always followed up. It doesn't get much better than that.

Took my car to BMW for the first time last week to try to find a place that can help me keep my 'older' car in good shape for years to come. I got a thorough inspection and recommended services. Once I supplied the services that had completed by other providers (but not in BMW's or Carfax's records), I got an updated estimate that looked good to me. My car was returned in good working order. And based on my experience, I plan to take it back as the next service intervals come up.
