I have been going to Brown Motor Works for the past 4 years. I have an 2005 Audi A4T and a GLK 350 Mercedes; Brown Motor Works help keep my cars perform at an optimum level. Excellent staff and the service techs and manager provide me with current updates during any service work being performed on my cars. They never disappoint.

The team has always been kind, helpful, and willing to help me with my vehicle issues and with some of the more odd things about what I'm doing with my vehicle (off road ML anyone?). They are my precious family who seeks to give me the very best care fir my car, for me while I wait on my car and the best price I can get as well. They are honest people doing an honest business. The email that was sent to me about my Land Rover was visual, in-depth on the issue at hand and it was put in order for the most serious to the least serious deficiencies to focus on to get get done. This is a great tool to have especially during this time of a pandemic. There are many things that has to be juggled and this report I received from BMW made it that much more easier to manage.
