My name is Rick, I’ve lived in SC for the past 9 years (Retired Military). Over those years it’s been “hit or miss” for me when it comes to finding a reputable Business that shared not only my personal Values but also my Military Values. God is good! I found one. I took my LR4 to (BMW-520 Clemson rd, SC 29229) to have Service done. I’ll start by saying, Mr Keith, Sir Thank You!! I almost didn’t use this Business because I (Rick) as the Customer failed to explain myself properly and wasn’t clear in what services I wanted conducted and what order if that option was available. Mr Keith and his Staff saved me a lot money and even more I avoided the mental stress and anguish associated with owning a vehicle/ repairs. As a retired Senior NCO, for what it’s worth, I’d recommend this Business for your Auto Repair needs My Experience with BMW, Mr Keith and his Staff was what you’d expect if you’re paying for quality Service and Peace of Mind. Solid Business character, Mr Keith not only resolve my issue, he taught me a Life lesson at 50 years old, we All need to learn how to properly communicate. Brown Motor Works is a very reliable and trustworthy place to have your care receive the very best care!!! They are more than just an auto repair business. They are my precious family who seeks to give me the very best care fir my car, for me while I wait on my car and the best price I can get as well. They are honest people doing an honest business. They never leave me stranded and are effective and efficient. I receive updated text and pictures throughout the process of my car repair and care. I LOVE BMW and Keith - the owner - and his well trained staff are beyond bearable and a pleasure to work with.

The email that was sent to me about my Land Rover was visual, in-depth on the issue at hand and it was put in order for the most serious to the least serious deficiencies to focus on to get get done. This is a great tool to have especially during this time of a pandemic. There are many things that has to be juggled and this report I received from BMW made it that much more easier to manage. They have earned my business and to put the last nail in the coffin. When I had any questions about anything that was in my report, the subject matter expert elaborated even more in-depth on this situation I had a question about which made I easy for me to make a better assessment. I will never take my vehicle back to the Volvo dealership for services. Recently, I was given a quote to repair my 2018 Volvo XC90, which I wasn't too keen about. A neighbor told me about BMW, as he had good experiences, when taking his Mercedes there. He told me that it would be cheaper to repair at BMW and they'd provide great service. I gave it a shot, calling them on Wednesday afternoon to setup a diagnostic appointment for the following day, Thursday at 2 pm. I was very impressed when they offered a loaner vehicle. I picked the loaner vehivle up at 2 pm and by 5 pm, they called to tell me the diagnostic was done and they would momentarily email the detailed results of the diagnostic, to include the cost to repair each issue. The diagnostic highlighted and described all that were GREEN (good with my vehicle), and RED (issues that needed addressed or repaired). I have never received a detailed diagnostic like this at Volvo, they always tell me what they found and how much the overall repair will cost. I called BMW the next morning, when they opened, to give them the "go ahead" with all the repairs. While the repairs totalled $1200, I am confident, BMW was cheaper than Volvo, and they probably would have maxed me out at $1800 for that particular service. BMW texted me around 1 pm - the repairs were complete! Now, this is what I call FAST service (less than 24 hours)! They didn't drag out the process. I'll never take my car back to Volvo. Thanks, BMW, for caring for my vehicle and providing me a great repair experience. I'll recommend you to family and friends.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. I was hesitant about stepping if of my norm and dealing with a different company but I am glad I made the decision. Will definitely be returning for additional services.
