Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. The service technician and management team were awesome to deal with. The Brown Motor Works team were extremely helpful and explained each step of the inspection process and repairs that were required. The cost for repairs were economical and reasonable. The inspection report keeps you up to date on every aspect of inspections services performed as well the upfront cost of any needed repairs. I would recommend Brown Motor Works to friends and family.

BMW has always been a great place to take your car for service. Took my car in and the service, and the work was done in a timely manner and was not expensive. I would recommend this place to anyone that is having a problem with your vehicle.

I spent 6 months looking for a service technician / business that I can trust and would perform quality work on my Mercedes GLK 350 and Audi A4 1.8T. I have been going to Brown Motor Works for the past 2.5 years. Excellent staff and the service techs and manager provide me with current updates during any service work being performed on my cars. They never disappoint.

Keith and his team at Brown Motor Works were very thorough in checking over my 2007 335i coupe. They found several issues with it and offered a break down of pictures and pricing, and even had the option to schedule an appointment to fix the issues. The loaner car provided was great and his team members were friendly to work with.
