Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I drop off my 2001 Jaguar XK8 to have repairs done. I’ve had this car since I purchased it new back in 2001. It had several different problems that needed fixing and believe it or not the Jaguar dealership in Columbia didn’t even want to take it in for the repairs. The repairs where to time consuming for them. I have the car back now from Brown Motors and was extremely satisfied with the repairs. I’ve kept good care of this car and plan to give it to my grandson when he gets old enough. The car only has 78,000 miles on it and still looks like new. A very special thanks to Brown Motors for making everything work the way it’s supposed to... I was given a price of what it would take for all the repairs and they stuck with the quote and even guaranteed all their work for 3 years. I can’t get that from a dealership so yes Im very please. This is my first complete year with this particular group. To be honest I do not like the amount of money I spent on car repairs but (it’s a BMW), the few things that took the sting out of the whole experience is that ALL of the staff are professional, personable people. And, very Very accommodating with schedule. Rental car services is great.

Brown Motor Works has excellent customer service.The first time I took my car there for a noise in the wheel they inspect the entire car, With pictures to show me what was needed. They talk me though the whole process. I was very excited to do business with this company.

They do phenomenal work. They have a a top to bottom check up that is probably the best $140 I have ever spent on a car. They found some details on things I would have never known about until I would have had to have it towed.
