Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. I called Brown Motor Works just before the Christmas holiday and they explained they had a lot of work that they were trying to get completed before the 23rd. Keith told me if I could get the car in the shop on the 19th they would try to get it out as soon as possible. They under promised but over delivered. I got my car back within 26 hours and we had our vehicle ready to travel out of town for Christmas. Outstanding service and customer care.

As always Keith and the servicemen provided outstanding service in a timely fashion. Brought my car in for some regular scheduled work, oil change and radiator flush, and received outstanding service delivered in a timely fashion. Keith also introduced me to a Lifetime Protection Plan that hopefully I never have to use, but in the event of the unknown happening I should be covered for a good part of the repairs if needed. It’s a great plan, especially if you do regular preventative maintenance on your vehicle. Best Wishes to the folks at Brown Motor Works this holiday season!

Overall I have had several services at Browns covering two vehicles and by and large 85% of the services provided me have been great though I felt overcharged for items such as oil changes, and headlight lens restoration. Example $175.00 for chemical lens buffout was insane.
