Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Review by Keith Gaines: These guys are first rate! I brought in my Porsche 944 because there was a whining sound coming from the front of the engine. Keith (the owner) came out and in less than 10 seconds diagnosed the problem. Apparently an, internal balance belt installed by a different shop had been put on too tightly (a common problem with shops that don't understand Porsches). I dropped off the car a couple of days later, picked up my free loaner, and within 48 hours the problem was corrected along with the proper completion some much needed maintenance. Great job BMW Motors. I'll be back!

I was greeted promptly by a warm, kind smile by Mr.Griffin! He definitely made sure that I was taken care of. He explained everything to me from start to finish, and was so professional and understanding. I was shocked to find out that they would pay for an Uber to take me home! He also explained thoroughly about the financing option that was available. Customers are also sent an thorough vehicle inspection report to their cell phones, which includes a detail work up of your vehicle, recommendations, and a photo and name of the mechanic who worked on your vehicle. Everyone I talked to was extremely kind and professional. I am very thankful for finding this one of a kind luxury car mechanic shop.
