Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. Keith, Marcus and his crew did a great job on my Mini Cooper. They explained what was wrong and gave me the best track to get it right for the right amount of money. I'm back on the road and enjoying my car thanks to these guys.

Brown Motor Works replaced at transmission in my '98 BMW 740iL three years ago and the car continues to perform great. Recently dropped into replace a light bulb in the headlamp and the guys at the Clemson Road facility had me in and out before I could finish one magazine article.

I used this shop for the first time and I was impressed with a great deal of things to start the free loaner car while mine was in for repairs it is a great option. I really liked the diagnostics w/ immediate & future repairs system w/images & detailed info great feature. I was quickly & efficiently dealt with st rack point of contact. Keith (owner) was easy & comfortable to deal with. I would say they are a bit pricy but I would still refer and use them myself again..,..😁

I have used BMW Brown Motorworks for the third time yesterday. I want to thank your entire crew from Marcus at the front desk to your shop guys/gals. You all do not only great work on the autos but have awesome customer service skills. Marcus called me by my name (accurately pronounced) a very professional manner yet very warm greeting its nice to get treated that way it’s very rare these days he’s awesome!!!! Any way my experience was awesome as it has been the couple times prior. At BMW they are fast easy and professional to deal with. Believe or not they still took the time/money to wash the exterior of my car for me after fixing my issue at no charge. Awesome customer service from the front office all the way through the shop...Kieth your a lucky man to have such a great crew working for you as the crew is lucky to have obviously such a great boss!!!! You guys will always be recommend to my friends and family!!!!!😁👍

I was having car problems a week prior to this thanksgiving holidays. Keith and his staff fit me in during a busy time of the year and had me and my Beamer back on the road in no time. The pricing for the repairs were much cheaper than BMW overpriced services. I recommend Brown MotorWorks on Clemson Road to everyone!!!

Chose BMW to work on my 1979 Volvo. I was very please with initial interaction; going over what I needed to have done and them explaining just how they would make that happen. Had a family emergency out-of-town and could not keep the pick-up date. Keith was very understanding and supportive of what was happening in my life. He said family was most important and the I needed to take care of that. I kept him posted and was able to pick up my car on Friday, Nov 2. I tested the car and my repairs are looking good! This has been a wonderful experience and all of the people at Browns that I interacted with were professional and exceptional. I have 2 other older 240 series Volvo and will use them in the future when work is needed on them. I highly recommend them to family and friends
