Great working with Brown Motors! I was in Columbia over the holidays and had to take my car in after it starting having trouble on the Interstate. Brown Motors came highly recommended. They were pleasant to work with and quickly fixed a big issue in my car in time for me to travel back home. I just want to thank Travis, Keith and the crew at Brown Motor Works Clemson Rd that worked on my Mini. I am still hauling my 2012 Mini to Charlotte for basic services under contact for another year +. My Mini though did need to have some work done due to the motor operating in low power mode and the check engine light coming on. It took a little while to isolate the issue entirely and now my car runs like new. They treated my car and myself like family. I believe the cost for parts and labor were fair and they kept in touch with me every step of the way during the process. Though it took more than one visit, I feel both my car and myself were well taken care of. I know where I will be going for future Mini needs as I hope to have her for a long time. First time using their company, and I am happy to report that they found a few issues my dealership had missed. They also fixed the original problem for which I came to them for a great deal less than the dealership had quoted. I most certainly will work with Randall and Marcus again.

12/14/18. And yet again Brown when above and beyond with service for our mini!! These guys are amazing and super professional .I never feel like they are doing stuff just because .They explain things in a manner that anyone can understand! They serviced our 2009 Hyundai even though they specialize in German cars. They did some work on our 2013 mini that we purchased used as a second car. They fixed all our concerns on the Mini and even found a external temp sensor to replace the one that was broken on ours along with everything else to make us feel better about a used car purchase.

The service manager, Randall, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to go over the vehicle issues that needed immediate and future attention. He seemed to really care about my safety and strongly recommended that I get the two rear tires replaced immediately, showing me pictures of the worn out tread on them. I truly appreciate his taking the time to go over the complete inspection findings on my vehicle. Most of all, he recognized that the main problem with my vehicle was a safety issue and also under a factory recall, referring me to the BMW dealership for repair that would be no cost for me. I highly recommend this repair shop and will definitely take my vehicle back there for future service and repairs.

I'm very please with the professional service that I receive each time I take my care to BMWs. They keep you informed about your car through out the day. Also, a lot cheaper than taken to the car dealership.
